DESIGNATION: DOC Beira Interior
TERROIR: Region with a conditional Mediterranean climate and with shale and sandy soils.
VARIETY: Touriga Nacional (99%).
VINEYARD: With maturation control of selected grapes from region of Almeida.
WINEMAKING: Temperature control fermentation with prolonged maceration. Spent 6 months in French Oak.
CONSERVATION: Immediately or up to 6 years after bottling date, in a cool shaded place.
SERVICE: 16ºC.
TASTING: Aroma the wild blackberries and floral touchs characteristics of the variety. Structuralized well.
CUISINE: Accompanies grilled and roasted red meats.
TAV: 13%
ALLERGENS: Contains sulfites.
