• DESIGNATION: "Adamado" Medium Dry Table Wine
• TERROIR: Region with a conditional Mediterranean climate and with shale and sandy soils.
• VARIETY: Síria and Malvasia Fina with other grapes varieties in small percentage.
• VINEYARD: Crated with grapes from selected vineyards from Castelo Rodrigo.
• WINEMAKING: Slowly fermented at low temperature.
• CONSERVATION: Immediately or up to 1 year after bottling date, in a cool shaded place.
• SERVICE: 6-8ºC.
• TASTING: Fruits aroma. Round and harmoniously finish.
• CUISINE: Ideal as an aperitif, goes well with fish and seafood, desserts, pies, ice cream or fruit.
• TAV: 10.5%
• ALLERGENS: Contains sulfites.
