DESIGNATION: Table White Wine
TERROIR: Region with a conditional Mediterranean climate and with shale and sandy soils.
VARIETY: Síria and Malvasia Fina with other grapes varieties in small percentage.
VINEYARD: Crated with grapes from selected vineyards from Castelo Rodrigo.
WINEMAKING: Slowly fermented at low temperature.
CONSERVATION: Immediately or up to 6 months after bottling date, in a cool shaded place.
SERVICE: 6-10ºC.
TASTING: Fruits aroma. Round and harmoniously finish.
CUISINE: Serve with fish dishes, seafood and white meats.
TAV: 12.5%
ALLERGENS: Contains sulfites.
