DESIGNATION: Marofa Red
TERROIR: Region with a conditional Mediterranean climate and with shale and sandy soils.
VARIETY: Marufo or Mourisco and Rufete.
VINEYARD: Crated with grapes from selected vineyards from Castelo Rodrigo.
WINEMAKING: Temperature control fermentation maceration.
CONSERVATION: Immediately or up to 1 year after bottling date, in a cool shaded place.
SERVICE: 16ºC.
TASTING: Fruits aroma. Round and harmoniously finish.
CUISINE: It goes well with dishes of meat and chesses..
TAV: 12.5%
ALLERGENS: Contains sulfites.
