TERROIR: Region with a conditional Mediterranean climate and with shale and sandy soils.
VARIETY: Malvasia Fina and Síria.
VINEYARD: Crated with grapes from selected vineyards and with a follow up in maturation.
WINEMAKING: Slow fermentation at low temperature.
CONSERVATION: Immediately or up to 2 years after bottling date, in a cool shaded place.
SERVICE: 6-8ºC.
TASTING: This is a fruited, fresh harmonious sparkling wine.
CUISINE: Ideal as an aperitif, meat dishes, fish and seafood.
TAV: 12.5%
