DESIGNATION: DOC Beira Interior.
TERROIR: Region with a conditional Mediterranean climate and with shale and sandy soils.
VARIETY: Síria, Arinto and Malvasia Fina.
VINEYARD: Crated with grapes from selected vineyards from Castelo Rodrigo and with a follow up in maturation.
WINEMAKING: Temperature control fermentation maceration. Spent 3 months in French oak.
CONSERVATION: Immediately or up to 4 years after bottling date, in a cool shaded place.
SERVICE: 12ºC.
TASTING: Fruity aroma and balanced mouth with harmoniously finish.
CUISINE: Accompanies fish and seafood dishes..
TAV: 13%
ALLERGENS: Contains sulfites.
