DESIGNATION: Rosé Table Wine
TERROIR: Region with a conditional Mediterranean climate and with shale and sandy soils.
VARIETY: Touriga Nacional and Marufo.
VINEYARD: Crated with grapes from selected vineyards from Castelo Rodrigo.
WINEMAKING: Slowly fermented at low temperature.
CONSERVATION: Immediately or up to 1 year after bottling date, in a cool shaded place.
SERVICE: 8ºC.
TASTING: Intense aroma of red fruits, cherries, raspberries and strawberries, with mildtropical fruit nuances.
CUISINE: As an aperitif or with dishes of mediterranean cuisine in general.
TAV: 11.5%
ALLERGENS: Contains sulfites.
